Flextronics - The Flex Company in Pflugerville, TX seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:15pm, Mon-Fri) to lead shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. You will coach staff, ensure accuracy, and maintain documentation while driving safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing, 2+ years in materials with MRP/Oracle, and strong communication skills to support customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of materials experience using MRP systems (Oracle).
• 3+ years in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Experience in transportation and logistics processes.
• Ability to write reports and procedural documents.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Lead, coach, and manage warehouse personnel for operational excellence.
• Provide client and stakeholder support through clear communication.
• Maintain detailed documentation and end-to-end process ownership.
• Perform quality inspections on incoming products prior to stocking.
• Manage exceptions like damaged freight, returns, and misrouted shipments.
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
