Job summary

Novartis Group Companies is seeking a Director, Ecosystem Lead for Radioligand Therapies to drive enterprise-wide ecosystem strategy across the US field. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from a 4-year college or university.
• 10+ years' experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar large, dispersed teams.
• 5+ years' experience in account management covering major health systems.
• 2+ years' experience in project management/leadership and strategy execution.
• 2+ years' experience leading cross-functional national projects.
• Recent US experience with deep understanding of US healthcare ecosystem.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Understand needs of ecosystem archetype customers at all levels and translate insights into priorities.
• Lead regional IFST to drive pre-launch/launch strategy and execution with HQ and regional teams.
• Build senior-level relationships to advance engagement with ecosystem partners.
• Identify opportunities with C-Suite and other non-HCP decision-makers for collaboration.
• Foster internal cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers and enable solutions.
• Provide alternatives and solutions where challenges arise.
• Own account performance across the RLT platform and influence cross-functional teams.
• Establish and lead effective communications with Novartis functions and partners.
• Manage multiple critical ecosystem targets.
