Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar industries with large, dispersed teams.
5+ years account management in Academic Medical Centers, Integrated Health Systems, GPOs or large oncology networks.
2+ years project management/leadership and translating strategy into execution.
2+ years leading complex cross-functional projects with national alignment.
Recent US experience and deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem.
Must reside within territory or within ~100 miles and travel 60-80%.

Responsibilities

Understand needs of target ecosystem customers from departments to C-Suite.
Lead regional IFST and collaborate on pre-launch/launch strategy.
Build strategic customer relationships with ecosystem partners and executives.
Identify collaboration opportunities with C-Suite and other decision-makers.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers and drive solutions.
Provide options when challenges exist and manage account performance across the RLT platform.
