Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech patient services, market access, sales, or related roles
• 2+ years in patient support for specialty products
• Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and address access barriers
• Deep understanding of patient support programs and workflow integration
• Experience with specialty pharmacy, buy-and-bill, and reimbursement models

Responsibilities

• Lead access and reimbursement strategy across complex healthcare systems
• Serve as field-based expert on buy-and-bill processes and education
• Partner with health system leaders to address access barriers
• Assess site readiness and support onboarding for radioligand therapy
• Collaborate to enable product procurement, logistics, and patient support
• Develop and execute strategic account plans addressing local market dynamics
• Advise on reimbursement trends and impact on access
• Educate customers on patient support resources and programs
• Analyze access challenges and drive resolution through stakeholder engagement
• Maintain compliance, privacy, integrity, and cross-functional collaboration
