Job summary

Novartis Group Companies seeks an experienced Associate Director, Priority Accounts, to lead account strategy and institutional engagement for Radioligand Therapies in the US. You will build and execute plans with NET Centers of Excellence and health systems to improve patient access and product utilization.

The role requires navigating complex US healthcare ecosystems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering insights to drive account outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed field teams.
• 2+ years in project management and translating strategy into execution.
• 3+ years managing complex accounts, including large academic centers and hospitals.
• Recent US experience within last 5 years with deep understanding of US healthcare ecosystems.
• Demonstrated cross-functional knowledge, healthcare ecosystem thinking, and business acumen.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% within a broad geography and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Champion institutional advocacy for adoption of Radioligand Therapies (RLT) and NET brand.
• Build partnerships with NET Centers of Excellence and health care system sites to drive engagement.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute strategic business plans for priority accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative decision-makers to streamline care pathways.
• Stay informed on market trends, customer economics, and reimbursement strategies.
