Job summary

PACE Supply Corp. seeks a results-driven Branch Manager for our Riverside, California location. You will own branch performance across inside sales, counter operations, and warehouse logistics, building a high-performing team and strong customer relationships to grow sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in the plumbing industry.
• Minimum of 3 years inside sales in plumbing.
• Ability to function in a high-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple products.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategy for the Riverside branch and drive growth across product lines.
• Lead and coach a mixed sales and operations team, balancing counter and warehouse activities.
• Strengthen customer relationships and ensure service/operational excellence across the branch.
• Partner with HR to plan headcount, hire, onboard, and evaluate staff; implement training and performance reviews.
• Establish and monitor sales budgets, metrics, and branch performance; drive safety and compliance.
