DuraServ Corp in Riverside, CA is seeking a Vice President, Sales & Service who leads the branch by building a high-performing team, implementing disciplined processes, and managing daily operations with an owner mindset. This is an operator's role without a personal quota, focused on branch success.

You will own the branch P&L, set strategic direction, drive sales and service results, develop people, ensure safety and compliance, and cultivate key customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years combined B2B sales and operational leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsabilités

• Lead branch performance including sales, service delivery, staffing, training, and financial controls.
• Own branch P&L, forecast, and financial outcomes.
• Develop people, coach sales professionals, and enforce accountability.
• Build and manage customer relationships to drive satisfaction and growth.
