Qualifications

• 7+ years in an operations role, managing people and processes.
• Strong customer service mindset with track record of success.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and employees; motivate outcomes.
• Track record of driving growth and increased revenues; sound fiscal management.
• Leadership, communication, and coaching skills; able to execute initiatives.
• Prior experience in Traffic Control Services, Utilities, or Construction preferred; local experience preferred.
• High sense of urgency, energy, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the implementation, coordination, and management of office operations per the strategic plan.
• Assist in establishing and developing retail stores including sales goals, forecasts, and marketing strategies.
• Participate in policy and strategic plan development and execution.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure safety programs are followed.
• Manage budget and drive growth and profitability.
• Formulate and monitor cost efficiency and revenue metrics; report to leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales and other branches to expand local market presence.
• Resolve customer service issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
