Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Nevada is seeking a skilled risk and safety professional to oversee OSHA compliance, safety programs, and incident investigations at the property. You will work closely with HR, Legal, Claims, and Finance to manage workers’ compensation and liability claims.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 3–5 years in risk/safety, and supervisory experience. You will maintain records, lead safety trainings, and ensure regulatory adherence while supporting a fast-paced, guest-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a four-year college.
• 3–5 years of risk/safety management experience; 6 years progressive responsibility.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong OSHA knowledge and safety training practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct OSHA and safety compliance programs.
• Lead the Safety Committee and prepare monthly materials.
• Coordinate return-to-work duties with HR.
• Investigate guest incidents and preserve evidence.
• Open and monitor workers’ comp and general liability claims.
• Collaborate with Legal, Claims and Finance on risk management.
• Maintain records for OSHA compliance and insurance certificates.
