Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1 year of experience in Human Resources and/or risk and safety field.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify potential risks across various areas of the property.
• Ensure organization compliance with laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend control measures.
• Create, implement, and maintain safety policies and training programs.
• Conduct inspections and audits for compliance.
• Investigate workplace incidents to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Provide training on safe work practices and emergency procedures.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and safety records.
• Coordinate safety programs and safety committee meetings.
