Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Risk Manager in Las Vegas to develop and maintain the Risk Management Program, dealing with guest complaints, accidents and injuries. You will actively liaise with Risk & Safety Supervisors to minimize guest incidents and liability.

The role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and a proactive safety mindset, with on-call duties 24/7 to support a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Hotel / Casino Leadership experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations affecting casualty claims is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and correct unsafe conditions affecting guests.
• Review all accidents and incidents involving guests.
• Investigate guest claims to minimize company liability.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and guest counsel as needed.
• Chair weekly Claims Committee meetings and prepare minutes.
• Oversee accurate and prompt payment of guest claims.
• Draft letters explaining claim approvals or denials.
