Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; College degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in process management.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Project coordination experience.
• AI process improvement experience.
• Executive email and calendar management.
• Budget and P-card management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and communicate progress with the Manager and team.
• Maintain Manager’s calendar and travel planning; manage communications with associates, customers and partners.
• Review emails, memos, and documents; ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Answer calls promptly; arrange conference calls and act as liaison for routine matters.
• Maintain current contact records and external relationships; support vendors and teams.
• Identify gaps in processes and work with partners to reimagine workflows.
• Perform other administrative tasks to support efficiency and operations.
