You will coordinate multiple workstreams, help manage deliverables, and ensure milestones are met in a fast-paced environment. A working knowledge of AI tools, strong communication and judgment, and proficiency with MS Office and common project tools will help you improve processes, share best practices, and drive

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of professional experience coordinating or managing projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong project management and analytical skills, including tracking milestones, action items, risks, and deliverables.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and technologies and willingness to share best practices across teams.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, communication, and attention to detail; able to handle sensitive matters confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of project management, administrative and operational support for the Legal, Compliance, and Risk departments.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and technologies into departmental workflows, sharing best practices and helping stakeholders adopt practical use cases to enhance team efficiency.
• Coordinate projects from planning through execution, including tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Anticipate blockers, identify interdependencies, and elevate or help resolve issues to maintain cross-functional momentum.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to coordinate work, action deliverables, and support timely execution.
• Identify and implement improvements to current operations and workflows to enhance efficiency in Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
