Job summary

Luck Stone is seeking a Business Specialist - Risk Management to support leaders across the organization with project coordination, risk assessment, communications, and cross‑team collaboration. The role manages calendars, prepares meeting materials, coordinates with vendors and external partners, and uses AI‑driven improvements to streamline business processes.

This is a fully onsite role, Monday–Friday with standard office hours, and a benefits package including health, retirement and paid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process management.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management.
• Strong MS Office skills and comfort with data handling.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and follow through on special projects; provide updates to the Manager.
• Identify resource needs (time, budget, personnel) for basic projects.
• Prepare, review, and present data and materials for meetings.
• Manage calendars, travel planning, and routine communications for leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners; support conference calls and AV needs.
• Use AI to improve processes and efficiency; identify process gaps and propose solutions.
