• Perform independent risk assessments of property exposures across regions and constructions.
• Interpret findings to assess loss probability and recommend mitigations.
• Suggest loss prevention strategies based on risk impact and practicality.
• Assess replacement cost considerations and influence underwriting decisions.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and internal stakeholders to support risk selection.
• Evaluate site conditions and geographic/peril-specific risk factors.
• Operate independently in the field with adaptable methods.
• Communicate results and rationale clearly to members and teams.
• Represent PURE brand professionally in members' homes, delivering compassionate service.
