PURE Insurance is seeking a Risk Manager to perform independent risk assessments for owner-occupied high-value homes. You will work autonomously in the field, communicate findings, and recommend mitigation strategies to support underwriting and loss prevention.

The role emphasizes discretion, technical expertise, and strong communication while engaging directly with members to deliver exemplary service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Risk Manager at an insurance carrier or related exposure to property risk assessment.
• OR 5+ years in high-value home construction, skilled trades, home inspection, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to apply independent judgment in complex situations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Perform PURE 360 Risk assessments across regions, construction types, and environmental factors.
• Analyze findings to determine loss probability and recommend actions.
• Suggest practical loss prevention strategies and prioritize actions by risk impact.
• Assess property conditions and replacement cost considerations; support underwriting decisions.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and stakeholders to inform risk selection.
• Evaluate site-specific risk factors and geographic/peril scenarios.
• Operate independently in the field with flexible approach.
• Communicate assessment results and rationale clearly to members.
• Represent PURE with professionalism, care, and credibility in homes.
