Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 2 years of professional related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience with RMIS or similar risk management information systems is a plus.
• Strong ability to analyze data and produce actionable reports for decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Manages, maintains, and updates RMIS including data import/export from UNT IT systems.
• Develops reporting tools and user dashboards within RMIS.
• Provides end-user training and system support; documents workflow processes and SOPs.
• Serves as primary contact between Risk Management Services and external broker on RMIS issues.
• Gathers and analyzes data for projects and reports, including enrollment verification for relevant plans.
