Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas seeks an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst to advance the ERM program by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting on risks to mission-critical operations in Dallas, TX.

You will lead ERM processes, facilitate risk assessments, and develop risk appetite and tolerances while training staff to promote a strong risk culture. Advisory to Risk Management Committee; onsite presence required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field.
• Three years of professional experience evaluating organizational risk, and performing management or audit testing.
• Industry certifications are a plus (e.g., CFE, CIA, CISA, CISSP, ERMCP, CERA) and understanding of risk concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the enterprise risk management function across the Bank.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, mitigate, monitor, and report on enterprise-wide risks.
• Facilitate risk and fraud assessments and track progress of mitigation plans.
• Develop risk appetite/tolerances and KPIs; provide governance reporting.
• Promote risk awareness and training; support Risk Management Committee.
