Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and 2 years of professional related experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Knowledge of information systems and web page design and maintenance
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects across various operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using tools and methods to develop standardized processes; focused on efficiency and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Manages, maintains, and updates RMIS, including importing and exporting data from various UNT IT systems. Develops and implements functionality within RMIS with reporting tools and dashboards
• RMIS end user training and system support. Documents workflow processes and maintains RMIS SOP and user manual; acts as primary contact with HUB on RMIS issues
• Analytical support to Director, Insurance and Claims in premium allocations, exposure data updates, and trend analysis
• Coordinates special projects for Insurance/Claims, including procedures and forms
• Gathers and analyzes relevant data for projects and reports, including eligibility verification for Student Health Insurance Plan
