Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages, maintains, and updates Risk Management Information System (RMIS), including data imports/exports and dashboards.
• Provides RMIS end-user training and system support; documents workflows and SOPs.
• Maintains RMIS administrator and broker liaison documentation.
• Produces analytical reports for directors on premium allocations and claim trends.
• Gathers and analyzes data for projects and enrollment verifications.
