Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of construction risk, project controls or contract management experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with risk identification techniques and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of risk triggers to inform risk budgets and retire threats.
• Produce risk reports to communicate threat and opportunity status to stakeholders.
• Lead risk assessment on multiple projects, including schedule and cost risk.
• Lead contract and claims management during construction.
