Responsabilités

• Play a leading role in operational global chance development at Amazon.com, where we have a lifestyle in the sector of innovative technologies and offerings.
• Oversee the management of business APD, PD, and BI claims.
• Work closely with 0.33 celebration administrator (TPA) and coverage provider partners to foster continuous development, supporting simplicity, efficiency, and value containment.
• Collaborate with inner and external groups to perform shared desires.
• Broaden tactful answers so that they have a fabric effect on day‑to‑day claim methods.
• Serve as an APD/PD/BI difficulty count number professional for TPAs, insurance vendors, and internal partners.
• Leverage concern‑based expertise to deep‑dive claim procedures, task repute quo, and increase tactful answers that impact software metrics.
• Support inner audits to ensure compliance with consumer provider instructions and performance expectations.
• Associate with vendors to broaden and/or update widespread operating procedures that align with application desires.
• Utilize and develop metrics to make fact‑based decisions for process reviews and recommendations.
• Work across groups to share thoughts, influence exchange, and deliver project effects.
• Assist and record to a chance supervisor, focusing on claims management, method improvement, and 1/3‑celebration applications.
