The role requires a proactive, self-directed professional with strong Excel/PowerBI skills and experience with RMIS. Collaborative cross‑functional work and budgeting support are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with professional experience in analysis and reporting.
• 3 years of independent analysis, reporting and cross‑functional support.
• Curiosity for continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Analytical skills to interpret claims, metrics and loss data.
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑up on actions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and mitigate risk using data analysis and dashboards.
• Combine data from various sources for insurance submissions and audits.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on risk trends for leadership.
• Develop frequency rate metrics with reliable cadence.
• Collaborate with Asset Protection, Safety and Operations on KPI dashboards.
• Serve as department SME for reporting and analytics.
• Identify data sources and improve data collection and reporting.
• Support setup and ongoing management of RMIS.
• Prepare reports/presentations on risk findings for management.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts and budgeting processes.
