Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive individual to join our Risk Management team in Chesapeake, VA. The Claims Assistant will support claims resolution and cost mitigation strategies while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on a fast-paced basis.

Responsibilities include gathering documents, accessing video, and assisting with triage of claim communications, plus general department support and special projects as assigned by Risk Management leaders.
