Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in employee benefits analysis, administration, policy design, and vendor contract management.
• Retail / multi-site experience with high-volume hourly workforces is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field; certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize benefits programs for store, distribution, and corporate populations.
• Evaluate vendor contracts, manage third-party administrator and PBM relationships, drive performance.
• Analyze benefits data, generate executive reports, and monitor ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA compliance.
• Lead annual enrollment and manage educational assistance, tuition reimbursement, and scholarships.
