Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related program.
• CPA, CIA or equivalent designation required.
• 12+ years of risk advisory, internal/external audit, business process reengineering and/or internal controls experience.
• 7+ years of supervisory experience and leadership capability.
• Proven track record of building and growing a Risk Advisory practice.
• Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and strategic direction with focus on client service and growth.
• Translate firm strategy into actionable objectives and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with marketing to pursue expansion and new client opportunities; participate in proposals.
• Coordinate resources to deliver high-quality risk advisory services.
• Develop staff through training, feedback, and recognition.
• Oversee profitability through utilization, pricing and timely fee collection.
• Engage with client executives to identify and manage financial and operational risks.
• Lead and supervise teams on multiple engagements with strategic insight.
