Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related program.
• CPA, CIA or equivalent designation(s) required.
• 12+ years of experience in risk advisory, internal/external audit, business process reengineering or internal controls, with internal audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and strategic direction with focus on exceptional client service.
• Translate firm vision into actionable business plans and monitor progress.
• Lead development of sales/marketing plans and pursue expansion of services with existing and new clients.
• Coordinate firm resources to deliver best products and services to clients.
• Oversee profitability including staffing utilization, pricing, and timely fee collection.
• Develop deep knowledge of clients' businesses and industries through direct client interaction.
• Provide strategic business advice and implement new processes and controls addressing key risks.
• Review processes and controls against industry frameworks and communicate findings to clients.
• Be responsible for significant new business development including sourcing and winning opportunities.
• Lead professional presentations to internal and external audiences.
