Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for equipment and tools as described in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use a computer at the site, including analysis of reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to bank and meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and management.
• Schedule employees to maximize service within company guidelines.
• Implement fair hiring, training and counseling practices.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and train employees on safety and standards.
• Communicate effectively and hold periodic meetings with staff.
• Organize files and reports; ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; manage cash and inventory.
• Adhere to safety procedures and work with minimal supervision.
