Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and procedures.
• Ability to supervise and manage store functions.
• Proficient computer usage including reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills required.
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop tasks to maintain a clean, stocked site and reflect company standards.
• Schedule staff and maintain professional image with supervisors.
• Promote safe operations and professional supplier relationships.
• Prepare performance feedback and conduct ongoing training on safety.
• Communicate updates and organize site files, reports, and merchandising.
• Analyze daily sales and costs to maximize profits.
