Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and margins.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports and ensure merchandising is displayed and priced correctly.
