Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader in Corpus Christi, TX to drive sales, merchandising and daily store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates, develop teams, and deliver an exceptional Guest experience.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, recommending merchandise, leading by example in service and presentation, and ensuring Loss Prevention and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Guests with questions regarding store and merchandise and help locate items.
• Lead by example with showmanship and excellent customer service across all areas of the store.
