Buckle Hillside Village is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support store management, drive sales, and ensure a standout guest experience at Cedar Hill, TX. The role is full-time and on-site, with a focus on leadership and merchandising excellence.

You will mentor Teammates, handle cashiering and merchandising tasks, and work with the Store Manager to recruit and develop talent while maintaining high service standards and store presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail or guest service is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Teammates to deliver legendary guest service.
• Oversee sales, merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Recruit and develop team members in collaboration with management.
• Maintain knowledge of store policies, loss prevention, and POS procedures.
• Demonstrate showmanship and high standards in all store activities.
