Job summary

Buckle Pearland is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help deliver an enjoyable shopping experience for guests at Pearland Town Center. The role combines sales, merchandising, and store operations, working closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

This part-time, on-site position requires a strong guest service mindset, flexibility with scheduling including weekends, and a willingness to coach and lead teammates.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with questions and product selection.
• Support store leadership in merchandising and operations.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and loss prevention.
• Provide a positive, engaging shopping experience.
