Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Support team member in a Miami area dealership. You will greet customers, assist during the purchasing process, and follow up on inquiries to nurture relationships.

You’ll help with paperwork, showroom upkeep, and cross-training across departments to support smooth operations. A positive attitude and 1–3 years in a fast-paced customer-facing environment are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to progress through a multi-phase, learning certification of Level 1 and 2.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing process with vehicle features, pricing, financing basics, and services.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and maintain communications via phone, text and email.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and customer follow-up activities.
• Process paperwork including down payments, title documents, trade information, and loan paperwork.
• Maintain vehicle inventory presentation and showroom organization.
• Support daily dealership operations across departments and ensure seamless end-to-end journey.
• Utilize internal systems to support dealership operations and maintain accountability.
• Work closely with sales and management to achieve dealership goals.
• Be cross-trained in multiple dealership functions for flexibility.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, team-oriented workplace culture.
