The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to drive guest service and store performance in our Orange Park, FL location.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to lead sales, merchandising, training, and day-to-day operations, while preparing to assume Store Manager responsibilities in the future. You will recruit and develop Teammates, set sales goals, coach others, and model Buckle’s service standards to create the best possible shopping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
