Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Orange Park, FL is seeking an Assistant in Training to join the Leadership Team and help deliver the brand’s mission of a best-in-class guest experience. The role supports the Store Manager and develops Teammates, handling sales, merchandising, and operations tasks across the store.

You will also assist in recruiting, training, and acting as Store Manager in their absence, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager as duties expand.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred, with demonstrated leadership and guest service focus.
• Ability to recruit and train teammates, and manage store operations.
• Comfort with sales goals, merchandising, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service efforts while coaching Teammates.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
• Oversee daily operations, merchandising, and loss prevention basics.
