Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Retail experience a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Assist Guests in locating and selecting items.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies, and security procedures.
• Meet or exceed personal sales and loyalty targets.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer focus.
• Assist with recruiting, training and developing teammates.
