Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) / Floor Leader in a full-time role in Atlanta, GA. This position focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience, leading sales and merchandising efforts, and partnering with store management to recruit and develop teammates.

You will perform a range of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, including coaching teammates, executing the Sales Presentation Guide, and meeting sales targets while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with friendly, engaging service and provide legendary guest experience.
• Assist guests with merchandise selection, location and product knowledge.
• Cashier duties and POS procedures, including returns and exchanges.
• Lead by example with showmanship, customer service and attentiveness.
• Develop teammates, recruit and train new staff as part of leadership duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store and uphold Buckle policies.
