Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader in Atlanta, GA to deliver legendary customer service and drive sales. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and empower Teammates while maintaining exceptional store presentation and guest experience.

This part-time Teammate role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and hands-on operations, including cashiering, merchandising, and running daily floor activities to meet Buckle’s mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to lead teammates and model Buckle standards.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
