Job summary

J&H Family Stores is seeking an experienced store manager in the United States to oversee daily operations, inventory and money control systems. The role directs staff to ensure food safety, cleanliness and security, while recruiting, training and maintaining staff performance.

The candidate will promote local marketing efforts and maintain business records with a focus on exceptional customer service. The position requires oversight of schedules and a staff of 4–12, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Two (2) years in QSR environment, supervising and training staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts the staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12; assigns, oversees and evaluates work.
• Recommends promotion, transfer, or termination of employees; conducts evaluations.
• Communicates changes of food preparation formulas, standards, etc. to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures health and food safety codes are maintained; follows safety policy.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
