Bohler in Miami is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Land Development) to advance site design projects and lead with client coordination. You will work with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality land development solutions and grow as both an engineer and a leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in site design and jurisdictional permitting for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Ability to manage proposals, schedules, and resource planning.
• Experience coordinating with clients, municipalities, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities, including project scoping, proposals, schedules, and resource planning.
• Oversee preparation of comprehensive site plan packages, grading, stormwater management, utility design, and erosion and sediment control.
• Coordinate permitting and entitlement approval processes with clients, municipalities, and agencies.
• Prepare contracts, change orders, and client invoices while tracking financial performance.
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, contractors, and subconsultants to ensure project success.
• Review concept drawings and cost estimates aligned with client objectives.
• Participate in public hearings, community meetings, and professional organizations.
• Mentor junior staff and share technical knowledge to promote team growth.
