Bohler's Tampa, FL office seeks a Project Manager who can lead complex land development projects from concept to completion, balancing design quality with client satisfaction and financial performance.

You will serve as the primary client contact, guide internal teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure that every project aligns with Bohler's standards while fostering growth and repeat business in the Tampa Bay area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development.
• Proven success in managing project delivery and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and staff development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.
• PE license preferred.

About The Role
