Job summary

Bohler’s Manhattan, NY office is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex land development projects, commercial, residential, and industrial, across New York City. You’ll set the pace for project excellence, elevating your team’s performance, strengthening client partnerships, and shaping outcomes that reflect Bohler’s impact on the communities we serve.

The role emphasizes leadership and mentoring, with responsibilities spanning planning, budgets, permits, and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• 15+ years of land development and site design experience
• Strong communication, public presentation, and organizational skills
• Leadership experience with staff management of at least 7 years

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution for large-scale land development projects
• Manage financial outcomes, including budgets, contracts, and profitability
• Cultivate strong client partnerships and represent projects in community and public forums
• Oversee regulatory permitting and site plan approvals to ensure project success
• Mentor and develop project managers and technical teams
• Champion business development to expand Bohler’s client base and regional footprint
