Job summary

Bohler’s Ridgewood, NJ office is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Land Development) to lead site design projects and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, growth‑focused environment.

You will partner with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and municipalities, and contribute to Bohler’s reputation for technical excellence while advancing your civil engineering career in North Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of site design and permitting experience for residential/commercial/industrial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and drainage software; proficient with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project management activities including scoping, proposals, schedules, and resource planning.
• Oversee preparation of site plan packages (grading, drainage, utilities, erosion control).
• Coordinate permitting and entitlement processes with clients and municipalities.
