Job summary

Green Thumb Industries in Henderson, NV seeks a Leader in Training to supervise daily dispensary operations and guide the team through critical functions. You’ll rotate through operations, experience, and people to gain subject matter expertise and progress toward an Assistant General Manager role.

You will actively supervise shifts, support promotions, manage scheduling, and coach team members to deliver memorable customer experiences while ensuring compliance with cannabis regulations.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements (shifts mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Must have reliable, responsible and dependable attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must understand and comply with Green Thumb rules and cannabis laws.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with management.
• Oversee intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management in the vault.
• Lead team members to successfully execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, process payments, apply discounts, and oversee cash control.
