Job summary

Greenthumbindustries is seeking a Leader in Training to join the RISE Dispensary leadership team in Florida. The LIT rotates through critical dispensary functions to support operations, experience, and people, with a fast track toward Assistant General Manager.

You will supervise daily operations, optimize the customer journey, and coach team members. The role emphasizes compliance, on-duty supervision, and delivering memorable in-store experiences across channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred; inventory control experience preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts (mornings, days, nights, weekends) and maintain reliable attendance.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass background checks; valid driver's license or state ID.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dispensary operations and ensure compliance with security and local/state regulations.
• Assist in inventory management, deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members, recognize performance, and support the customer journey.
• Oversee scheduling, onboarding, training, and coaching of staff.
• Provide exceptional in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery experiences.
• Participate in Leader On Duty shifts and drive loyalty goals.
