Job summary

Green Thumb in Minnesota is seeking a Leader in Training to join the dispensary leadership team. You will supervise daily operations, set priorities for the team, and optimize the customer journey.

The role involves rotating through key functions to gain subject matter expertise and fast-track growth toward an Assistant General Manager position. You will lead shifts, support omni-channel experiences, drive loyalty goals, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements while

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts incl. mornings, days, nights, weekends)
• Must pass any and all required background checks
• Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID
• Must understand and comply with Cannabis laws, rules and regulations

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regional promotions.
• Handle cash correctly, including processing payments and cash maintenance.
