Green Thumb is hiring a Leader in Training to join the Bethesda-area dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through core functions, supervise daily operations, communicate priorities, and help optimize the customer journey while growing toward an Assistant General Manager role.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations with compliance to security, inventory, and regulations.
• Lead and motivate team to deliver memorable in-store customer experiences.
• Coordinate omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new team members.
• Manage scheduling and shift coverage.
