Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed and uphold high standards of hospitality.
• Act as the leader on duty ensuring fast, accurate service and positive guest experience.
• Train and develop crew using Chipotle's tools and resources.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Run day-to-day operations including scheduling, P&L management, and recruiting.
• Maintain a clean dining room and guest-ready restaurant.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Work a standard 50-hour week with overtime as needed.
