Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold hospitality standards, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

You will manage scheduling, P&L, and recruiting, train crew with Chipotle tools, ensure accurate digital orders, and maintain a clean dining room while enforcing food safety and compliance. This role requires a guest-obsessed mindset, strong leadership, and a desire to grow into leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused hospitality mindset required.
• Willingness to grow into General Manager role.
• Experience in restaurant management including scheduling, P&L, forecasting, and recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Train and develop crew members utilizing Chipotle’s training tools and resources.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Learn to run day-to-day operational business including scheduling, P&L management, sales-forecasting, recruiting.
• Ensure dining room remains clean and restaurant is guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Work a standard 50-hour workweek with overtime paid.
